House Rules

Welcome to our home - Our goal is to provide our guests the comfort, amenities and lifestyle while enjoying our home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that it has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. If there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, will have the option of canceling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancelation policy. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate your cooperation!

1. Keep the noise to a minimum after 10 pm as local rules apply

2. No pets condominium policy, no exceptions.

3. Two guests per bedroom maximum and no unregistered guests.

4. No smoking allowed inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odors and stains may be applied.

5. You are in a tropical climate, and on occasion you may see ants or common house gecko – PLEASE wash dishes after each use (or use dishwasher) and DO not leave food on the counter - extra cleaning fees may be applied if extermination is needed.

6. A dishwasher is provided for your convenience - use only provided tablets (located in the cabinet underneath the sink) as the locally bought detergent does not work well and will flood the kitchen!

7. Please do not bring food to the bedroom.

8. Feel free to use the barbecue outside. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required.

9. If the personal belongings safe is left locked, there is $100 reset fee

10. Please do not rearrange our furniture.

11. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

12. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
